Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program. We offer a 120-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you have taken the program (including a "live" event weekend), applied what you’ve learned, and haven’t seen acceptable results. In the event you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 120 days of enrollment, contact our support team at support@mybigbusinesscard.com and let us know by the 120th day at 11:59 EST that you would like a refund.

You must include ALL of the following by the 120th day to be eligible for a refund:
• Verification you watched all "On Demand" videos & completed associated assignments
• Completed worksheets coinciding with On Your Mark, Kick Off & Title Idol calls from attending the live virtual event

All refund requesters are required to have a 20-minute phone conversation with Donna Kozik to demonstrate that results are unacceptable. We will NOT provide refunds more than 120 days following the date of purchase. After day 120, all payments are non-refundable. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Donna Kozik Marketing, Inc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 120th day from your date of purchase and all future payments must be made on a timely basis.
